These Terms of Service govern your use of the website ai.loudachris.com.au and services provided by Loudachris Digital Marketing (ABN 73 630 143 190).

Services

We provide AI automation consulting, implementation, and training services for Australian businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Loudachris Digital Marketing unless otherwise stated. Custom automations and systems built for clients become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project delivery
  • Grant reasonable access to systems and accounts required for automation setup
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Maintain subscriptions to third-party tools required by your automations

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services for overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to deliver reliable automation systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party platforms (Make.com, n8n, OpenAI, etc.). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, workflows, or proprietary information with any third party without your explicit consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and delivered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
